Cooler
Server processors can reach very high TDP (Thermal Design Power) values, so choosing a suitable cooler is also an important parameter. This will take care of heat removal from the surface of the processor and thus prevent it from overheating. Exceeding the optimal temperatures could lead to server shutdown.
