This Y-Powercable by Delock provides a second 4pin Molex port in addition to your existing standard ATX interface. Thus you can supply another device with power. e.g. a IDE drive.

This USB pin header cable by Delock enables the connection of different USB 2.0 devices through the USB 3.0 pin header of your mainboard.
